Notice Of Change In The Company's Paid-Up Capital

Thai Beverage Public Company Limited has completed the registration of change in the Company's paid-up capital from Baht 24,444,450,000 to Baht 25,110,025,000 with the Department of Business Development on July 3, 2006. The change in the Company's paid-up capital was a result of the allotment and issue of 665,575,000 ordinary shares of Baht 1 each in the share capital of the Company pursuant to the partial exercise by J.P. Morgan (S.E.A.) Limited, the Stabilising Manager, of the over-allotment option granted by the Company in connection with the initial public offering of shares in the Company.
