| Additional Text | The Company's Board of Directors Meeting which was held on 26 November 2021 approved the call for the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on 28 January 2022 at 10.00 hrs. (Bangkok Time) in Bangkok, Thailand and the book closure date for the share transfer with respect to the entitlement to attend the AGM is 7 January 2022 (BCD). |
| Additional Text | In this connection, the share registration book will remain closing from 7 January 2022 until the 2022 AGM date which is 28 January 2022. |
