| Additional Text | The Company's Board of Directors Meeting which was held on 25 November 2022 approved the call for the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on 27 January 2023 at 10.00 hrs. (Bangkok Time) in Bangkok, Thailand and the book closure date for the share transfer with respect to the entitlement to attend the AGM is 6 January 2023 (BCD). |
| Additional Text | In this connection, the share registration book will remain closing from 6 January 2023 until the 2023 AGM date which is 27 January 2023. |
| Additional Text | Invitation to the AGM, agenda details and the annual report will be dispatched to the eligible shareholders and announced via SGX once the invitation is issued. |
