| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | We, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"), would like to announce that Certu Systems, Inc. ("Certu Systems"), a joint venture of THBEV, has incorporated a new subsidiary, Certusystems, Sociedad De Responsabilidad Limitada De Capital Variable ("Certu Systems Mexico"), in Mexico. Certu Systems Mexico has a minimum capital stock of Mexican Peso 3,000 (equivalent to approximately USD 172), consisting of 3,000 shares. Certu Systems Mexico will be principally engaged in business relating to software. The aforesaid investment was funded through internally generated funds and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of THBEV for this financial year. To the best knowledge of the directors of THBEV ("the Directors"), neither of the Directors nor substantial shareholders of THBEV have any direct or indirect interest (other than through their respective shareholdings in THBEV), in the aforesaid transaction.
