| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | We, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"), would like to announce that BeerCo (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of THBEV, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Chang Beer (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. ("Chang Beer (Cambodia)"), in Cambodia. Chang Beer (Cambodia) has a registered share capital of KHR 4,000,000,000 (equivalent to approximately USD 1,000,000), consisting of 1,000,000 shares. Chang Beer (Cambodia) will be principally engaged in the manufacture of beverages including beer in Cambodia. The aforesaid investment was funded through internally generated funds and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of THBEV for this financial year. To the best knowledge of the directors of THBEV (the "Directors"), neither of the Directors nor substantial shareholders of THBEV have any direct or indirect interest (other than through their respective shareholdings in THBEV), in the aforesaid transaction.
