| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | We, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"), would like to announce that Open Innovation Co., Ltd., a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of THBEV, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Little John Digital Co., Ltd. ("Little John Digital"), in Thailand. Open Innovation Co., Ltd. holds 99.9999% in Little John Digital while one other shareholder holds one share. Little John Digital has a registered capital of Baht 10,000,000 consisting of 1,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of Baht 10. Little John Digital will be principally engaged in digital business platform. The aforesaid investment was funded through internally generated funds and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of THBEV for this financial year. To the best knowledge of the directors of THBEV (the "Directors"), neither the Directors nor substantial shareholders of THBEV have any direct or indirect interest (other than through their respective shareholdings in THBEV), in the aforesaid transaction.
