| Description | We, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"), refer to our announcement on April 28, 2016, in relation to the grant of shareholders' approval at the 2016 Annual General Meeting held on April 28, 2016 for the proposed amendment to THBEV's Articles of Association (the "Articles of Association Amendment") regarding (a) the amendment to Article 31 to reflect THBEV's new Fiscal Year end of September 30; and (b) the deletion of Article 40, as explained in the Document to Shareholders dated April 7, 2016. THBEV would like to update shareholders that the Articles of Association Amendment have been registered with the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand. Therefore, the Fiscal Year of the Company shall commence on October 1 and end on September 30 of every year. The current Fiscal Year (spanning a 9-month period) will end on September 30, 2016.
