On 15/09/2011, Maxtop purchased 2,000,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV rising to 20.35%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop. |
