On 27/9/2010, Maxtop purchased 256,645,762 THBEV shares through a married trade, resulting Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi's deemed interest in THBEV increasing from 64.46% to 65.48%. As a consequence, the change in percentage level of her deemed interest from 13/10/2008 to 27/9/2010 triggers 1% of the voting shares of THBEV. |
