On 08/03/2010, Maxtop purchased 1,000,000 THBEV shares from open market, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV remaining at 19.15%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop. |
