Before the change of shareholding in Siriwana Company Limited ("SCL"), Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi and her husband, Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, have 100% direct interest in SCL.

On 01/10/2009 Khunying Wanna and her husband sold altogether 313,600,000 SCL shares or 49% interest in SCL to Shiny Treasure Holdings Limited ("ST") which is the 100% owned by them. As a result, Khunying Wanna has 64.35% deemed interest in THBEV through ST and SCL.
