Before changing, Shiny Treasure Holdings Limited ("ST"), which is the 100% owned by Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and his wife, Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi, has 0% interest in Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV") and Siriwana Company Limited ("SCL") has 18.51% direct interest in THBEV.

On 01/10/2009, ST acquired 49% interest in SCL. As a result, ST together with Mr. Charoen and Khunying Wanna have 18.51% deemed interest in THBEV through SCL and became an indirect substantial shareholder of THBEV.
