("Maxtop") and Eternal Regent Worldwide Limited ("ER") which hold 13.91%, 5.36%, 0.38%, 1.04% and 0% in THBEV respectively. On 24/09/2009, Maxtop and ER purchased 2,050,757,500 and 1,105,742,500 THBEV shares respectively from each of Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi, resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in in THBEV increasing to 45.83%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop and ER. |
