On 24/09/2009 Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and his wife Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi sold altogether 2,211,485,000 THBEV shares via off market transaction to ER. Therefore, Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi has only deemed interest in THBEV at 64.35%.
