Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi owns 50% interest in MM Group Limited which owns 100% interest in Maxtop Management Corp. ("Maxtop"), so she has deemed interest in Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV") through Maxtop.

On 24/09/2009 Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi and her husband Khun Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi sold altogether 4,101,515,000 THBEV shares via off market transaction to Maxtop resulting Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi's direct interest in THBEV decreasing to 4.40% while her deemed interest in THBEV increasing to 59.94%.
