On 22/9/2008, Maxtop purchased 11,500,000 THBEV shares from open market at SGD 0.2276 per share, resulting in its direct interest in THBEV increasing to 0.33%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through Maxtop. As a consequence, Maxtop shall be considered as an indirect substantial shareholder of THBEV. |
