On 23/1/2008, GC purchased 3,286,000 THBEV shares from open market resulting MM Group Limited deemed interest in THBEV rising to 29.08%. Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi have deemed interests in THBEV through MM Group Limited through GC. |
