| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | We, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"), would like to announce that International Beverage Trading Limited ("IBTL"), a direct wholly owned subsidiary of International Beverage Holdings Limited ("IBHL") which is a wholly owned subsidiary of THBEV, was liquidated in December 2019 and ceased to be subsidiary of IBHL because it has been inactive. Prior to liquidation, IBTL was incorporated in Bermuda with a registered capital of USD 100,000 and engaged in trading of alcoholic beverages. The total assets of IBTL as of 13 December 2019 was USD 7,424 or 0.00006% of the total assets of THBEV based on THBEV's audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2019. The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of THBEV for this financial year. To the best knowledge of the directors of THBEV (the "Directors"), neither the Directors nor substantial shareholders of THBEV have any direct or indirect interest (other than through their respective shareholdings in THBEV), in the transaction.
